Over the weekend of 5th and 6th of June 2010 Bentley Miniature Railway celebrated it's Silver Jubilee. The railway was formally opened by Comendian Ken Goodwin on June 2nd 1985
The celebrations featured an exhibition, historic vehicles and a cavalcade of locos marking the 25 years. Bob Symes (TV presenter and miniature railway enthusiast) formally opened the event and indeed the work on the Extension which, it is hoped, will see the railway open a new station at the Wildfowl Park in 2011.
