44804 LMS Black 5 (Black 5)
The "Black 5" 4-6-0 loco based upon the design of a very popular LMS main line mixed traffic locomotive has done much service, and has certainly proven that it can pull large trains with ease. This loco has had a chequered history seeing a number of periods when it has been in workshops for various overhauls. Having run regularly in 2005-2008, it had an extended absence while a new boiler was fitted together with other works. It returned to passenger hauling in 2017.
